摘要
[目的]运用Roy的适应模式探讨青春期女孩对月经初潮的适应性及其影响因素。[方法]进行描述性研究,分层随机抽取有效样本204人,采用自行设计的问卷调查人文资料及Roy适应模式的4个方面:生理情况、自我意识、角色认可与社会交往。[结果]青春期女孩对月经初潮的适应程度为中等;有心理准备的女孩比没有心理准备的女孩对月经初潮的适应性强;月经初潮的年龄对女孩月经初潮的适应性影响不显著。[结论]应加强对青春期女孩关于月经知识的教育,使她们有较好的心理准备,利于健康渡过月经初潮这一特殊时期。
Objective： To probe into the adaptability of puberal females on menarche by applying Roy adaptation model and its influencing factors. Method： By adopting descriptive study, an effective sample of 204 individuals were selected by stratified sampling and were investigated on both humanistic data and 4 aspects of Roy adaptation model including physiological conditions, self , role approval and social communication by using self - designed questionnaires. Result： Puberal females had a moderate adaptability to menarche, girls who prepared good enough mentally to the menarche can adapt to it better than those do not prepared. There was no significant influence of the age of menarche among girls on their adaptability to menarche. Conclusion： It suggested that one should strengthen the education about the knowledge of menstruation for puberal females, so as to help them to have a better mental preparation to experience this special period.
