D-amino acid oxidase and HRP were separately immobilized on chitosan adsorbed on the silica gels to develop a chemiluminescent method,which was combined with two oxidation reactions of D-amino acid producing H2O2 catalyzed by D-amino acid oxidase and of Luminol-H2O2 generating CL catalyzed by HRP together,also was stopped──flow technique used in this system. It has a good selectivity and sensitivity. Under optimized conditions,the detection limit is 1.8 ×10 ̄(-5)g/mL,the liner range of D-amino acid concentration was from 8× 10-8to 1. 4×10 ̄(-6)g/mL,It was practicable to determine D-amino acid in serum directly with satisfactory results.
