摘要
本文报道了利用自行组装的流动注射化学发光分析仪,对蔥绿-H_2O_2-Ni(Ⅱ)化学发光新体系进行了研究。考察了测定镍的最佳条件,在选定条件下测定Ni(Ⅱ)的线性响应浓度为5.0×10^(-9)~3.0×10^(-7)g/mL,方法灵敏度较高,检测下限达0.11ng/mL,对含10ng/mL Ni(Ⅱ)进行了11次重复测定,其RSD为2.2%,对32种常见的阴阳离子进行了干扰实验,表明方法具有较好的选择性,本法用于铝合金标样中微量镍的测定,取得了满意的结果。
The title chemiluminescence system and its optimum reaction condition were studied using reversed flow injec- tion chemiluminescence apparatus made in the laboratory. The linear range of calibration curve is 5.0×10^(-9)~3.0 ×10^(-7)g/mL for Ni(Ⅱ)and the detection limit is 0.1lng/mL.The method was applied to the determination of Ni(Ⅱ)in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
