摘要 研究了温度和播种深度对红砂种子萌发的影响。结果显示:50℃水浸种发芽率最高为74.8%;恒温分别在20℃、25℃、30℃、变温20~30℃的不同温度处理条件对红砂种子萌发和发芽率的影响,在不同温度下,红砂种子萌发率和胚根生长速度明显不同,认为红砂种子最适萌发温度为20~30℃的变温。播深试验表明:红砂种子为子叶出土发芽类型,达到最大出苗率的播深红砂种子为0~0.5cm。 The effect of temperature and sowing depth on the Reaumuria soongorica seed sprouts was studied, and the result showed that the sprout rate at 50℃ water soaking is highest, which is 74.8%. The effect of different constant temperature (20℃, 25℃, 30℃) and changing temperature (20-30℃) on Reaumuria soongorica seed sprouts was studied too. The germination rate and the growth of embryo root are obviously different at different temperature, the best temperature is changing between 20-30℃. The Reaumuria soongorica seed belongs to cotyledon appears type, and the best sowing depth for Reaumuria soongor/ca is 0-0.5cm.
