摘要
对T 91钢小径管焊缝超声波探伤进行了研究,分析了T 91钢声速对探头折射角、K值及缺陷定位的影响,提出了对缺陷定位的修正办法,解决了T 91钢对接接头及异种钢接头超声波探伤缺陷判定问题。
Ultrasonic detection of small diameter tube weld of T91 steel is discussed in this paper. The effect of sound speed on refraction angle, K value and location of defects is analyzed. Correction measures for defect location are put forward, and problem of defect identification of T91 steel tube weld is solved.
