摘要
随着电站设备中金属部件使用钢材种类的逐渐增多,对锅炉高温、高压金属部件材质的要求越来越高,不可避免地会遇到异种钢焊接的问题。在300~1000MW机组锅炉过热器、再热器管道中,为满足使用要求,已经部分使用蠕变强度和抗氧化性能高的马氏体、奥氏体耐热钢(如T91,TP347H,TP304H)。为此,通过对马氏体耐热钢(T91)和奥氏体钢(TP347H)的性能分析,阐述了T91+TP347H焊接存在的问题,综述了马氏体耐热钢(T91)与奥氏体不锈钢(TP347H)的焊接性能、焊接工艺和操作技术,为从事焊接的工程技术人员提供选材、制订合理焊接工艺的依据。
Used with the metal part,the steel products types in the power station equipment increase more and more ,to the boiler high temperature,the high-pressured metal part material quality's request is getting higher and higher.Will meet the heterogeneous steel welding inevitably the question.In 300- 1 000 MW unit boiler superheater, the reheater pipeline, to satisfy the operation requirements, already part use creep strenglh and oxidation resistance performance high martensite,austenite high-temperature steel (for example 391 ,TP347H, TP304H).Therefore ,through to the martensite steel(T91) and the austenite steel(TP347H) performance analysis ,elaborated the T91 +TP347H welding existence's question,summarized the martensite high-temperature steel(T91) with the austenite stainless steel(TP347H) the welding performance ,the welding process and the operative technique,for the engineers and technicians who is engaged in the welding provide the selection ,the making reasonable welding process basis.
