摘要 介绍了光纤SPR传感器的基本原理、检测系统,应用光纤SPR传感器与光度计测定了叶绿素含量。结果表明,在检测条件相同情况下,光纤SPR传感器测定叶绿素含量具有较好的重复性与稳定性。建立了光纤SPR传感器的共振波长与叶绿素含量的关系,可通过光纤SPR传感器快速、准确地测定叶绿素含量。 The working principle of the optic-fiber Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensor is based on the resonance of the surface plasmon. SPR sensor has been applied to measure the refractive index of surrounding material. By establishing the correspondence relationship between SPR signal and the surrounding material, the inside information influenced by refractive index can be studied. The basic c.oncept, detection system and method used to measure the content of chlorophyll by optic-fiber Surface Plasmon Resonance sensor are introduced. The relationship between the resonant wavelength and the content of chlorophyll found through experiments can be utilized to test the content of chlorophyll fast and accurately with the help of the SPW sensor.
