本文提出了用示波极谱分析法测定植物体内叶绿素含量的方法．仪器简单、方法可靠，得到的结果与分光光度法一般．经测定菠菜和木耳菜中叶绿素的含量分别为２．００ｍｇ／ｇ和１．４０ｍｇ／ｇ左右，而且叶绿素ａ和ｂ之比约为３：１．
The Osillopolaxography method to determine the chlorophylls in paint is proposed in the paper. The simple insetment and the reliable method can lead to the simple results as the visible spectroscopy. The determined amount of chlorophylls in spinach and MUERCAI are about 2.0 and 1.4mg/g respectively, and the ratio of chlorophyll a to b is nearly 3:1.
