摘要
按照一般的逻辑,中国和印度同为经济快速发展中的国家,对外来能源与日俱增的需求和依赖使得两国激烈争夺世界能源市场的可能性大增,“零和”博弈才应是可能的结果。但从目前的态势来看,合作共赢成为双方特别是印度外交政策的首要选择。
According to the general logic, China and India, each as a rapidly growing country, will make more intense competition in world energy market because of their steadily increasing need and dependence on exotic energy, and zero game should be the consequence. But as far as the actual situation is concerned, cooperation and dual-win are the chief diplomatic choice for them, especially for India.
