摘要
能源日益成为制约中国经济发展的瓶颈问题,如何运用外交和战略手段维护国家能源安全日益成为紧迫而重要的问题。广泛而深入地了解世界主要国家的能源外交政策,对于制定具有中国特色能源外交战略,开辟中国能源外交的新局面具有重要意义。
Energy has become one of the bottleneck problems which restrain the development of Chinese economy increasingly. It has more and more become an urgent and important issue to safeguard the country＇s energy security through diplomatic and strategic methods. It is also of great significance to understand the energy foreign policies of major countries in the world extensively and intensively, since it would be a help for developing an energy diplomatic strategy of Chinese characteristics and opening up a new situation in China＇s energy diplomacy.
