摘要
无论是从历史教训还是地缘战略需要考虑,印度对俄外交中的制衡中国之意不可忽视。本文首先阐述中俄印"战略三角"的现实局限性;接着重点分析俄罗斯对印、对华军售的不平衡政策以及印俄能源领域的密切合作;最后总结出印俄关系对中国的战略启示,我们须采取相应措施抵消印俄关系可能对中国的消极影响。
India's intention to contain China in its diplomatic relations with Russia should not be and can not be ignored while we are examining the historical lessons and considering our geo-strategic needs.This article starts from disscussing the real limit of the Sino-Indo-Russo 'strategic triangle' before it focuses its analysis on the imbalance between Russia's military sales for India and China and between Indo-Russo and Sino-Russo engergy cooperations,and draws a conclusion that we should learn and realize certain strategic implications from Indo-Russo relations and take relative measures to offset any negative effects of such relations on China.
