不孕女性宫颈黏液抗精子抗体检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解宫颈黏液抗精子抗体在不孕症女性中的发生率及与原发性不孕、继发性不孕和与不孕症年限的关系。方法采用ElISA法检测宫颈黏液抗精子抗体,其中健康已生育妇女对照组30例,不孕组102例(原发性不孕37例,继发性不孕65例)。结果不孕组与对照组宫颈黏液抗精子抗体阳性率为34.3%、13.3%;原发性不孕组与继发性不孕组阳性率为18.9%、43.1%;不孕年限≤5年组与〉5年组阳性率为28.2%、54.2%。两组比较均有显著差异性(P〈0.05)。结论宫颈黏液抗精子抗体在不孕女性中发生率较高,是不孕不育的主要原因之一,并与继发性不孕及较长的不孕年限有很大相关性。对不孕女性检测宫颈黏液抗精子抗体可作为免疫性不孕的辅助诊断指标。
