摘要
以热液型凹凸棒土为原料,分别采用煅烧、酸洗和碱洗的方法对其进行改性,考察改性凹凸棒土对酿酒用水含氟的脱氟效果。实验结果表明,煅烧和酸洗改性后的凹凸棒土对酿酒用水中氟离子的去除效果明显增强,且在一定温度和酸浓度范围内,水中氟离子的去除率随温度的升高和酸浓度的增大而提高,比较适宜的煅烧温度和酸浓度分别为600℃和2.0mol/L。碱洗改性对酿酒用水中氟离子的去除效果影响不显著。
Hot-fluid-type attapulgite was used as raw materials and treated by calcine, acid cleaning and alkali cleaning respectively to obtain alter-attapulgite. Then the fluoride removal effects of liquor-making water by alter-attapulgite were investigated. The results suggested that the alter-attapulgite by calcine and acid cleaning had better fluorion removal effects (the removal rate of fluorion increased with the increase of temperature and acid concentration (within certain temperature and acid concentration range) and the optimal calcine temperature and acid concentration were at 600 ℃ and as 2.0 mol/L respectively. Besides, alter-attapulgite treated by alkali cleaning had no evident improvement in fluorion removal.
