气质联用法检测凹凸棒土中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的研究 被引量:14

摘要 本文建立了气相色谱-质谱联用检测凹凸棒土中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的方法。采用正己烷提取样品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,气相色谱分离,质谱定性分析,外标法定量分析。结果显示:16种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的线性关系较好,凹凸棒土样品中的邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的含量分别为0.038、0.27、0.038mg/kg。样品的平均加标回收率为87.3~105.2%,6次测定的相对标准偏差均小于9.7%,该方法具有高效、准确、灵敏度高的特点,能够适应大规模样品的快速分析要求。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was investigated for the simultaneous determi- nation of 16 kinds of phthalate plasticizers in attapulgite. Phthalate plasticizers in the sample were extracted by n-hexane and separated by gas chromatography. Meanwhile, the mass spectrometry was applied for qualitative analysis and external standard method was utilized for quantitative analysis. External standard curves for 16 kinds of phthalate plasticizers were in good linear relationship. The content of diethyl phthalate, diisobutyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate in the attapulgite sample was 0.038, 0.27 and 0.038 mg/kg, respectively. The average recovery of this method was 87.3%- 105.2%, in addi- tion, the relative standard deviation of 6 parallel determination was less than 9.7%. This work provided an effective, accu- rate and high sensitivity method for the rapid detection of huge quantity samples.
