摘要
为进一步探讨酿酒用凹凸棒土水处理剂的除氟机理,提升除氟效果。本文借助IR,XRD,SEM等分析测试手段对热液型凹凸棒土的理化性质进行了分析表征。结果表明,凹凸棒土的结构式为{Na+0.09K+0.073Ca2+0.0177}(Al3+0.447·Fe3+0.439Fe2+0.44Mg2+1.169)·[Si4+7.78Al3+0.22]O2(0OH)(2OH2)4·4H2O。预处理凹凸棒土呈纤维状和晶束状,煅烧后和酸改性凹凸棒土纤维状松散,并且形成更短更细小的晶束。
To further discuss the mechanism of fluoride removal by alter-attapulgite for liquor-making and to improve the effects of fluoride removal, the physical and chemical properties of hot-fluid-type attapulgite were studied by the methods of/R, XRD and SEM in this paper. The resuits indicated that the chemical formula of attapulgite is {Na^+0.09K^+0.073Ca^2+0.0177}(Al^3+0.447·Fe^3+0.439Fe^2+0.44Mg^2+1.169)·[Si^4+7.78Al^3+0.22]O20(OH)2(OH2)4·4H2O. The pretreated attapulgite presented in needle and crystal shape, after calcinations and acid cleaning, the crystal bunchiness became shorter and fine.
