摘要
使用喷雾干燥法对垃圾与煤混烧烟气进行净化试验研究,结果表明:酸性气体的净化效率随着化学计量比的增加而提高;垃圾与煤的混烧比增加,SO2净化效率增大;近绝热饱和温度越小,酸性气体净化效率越高,考虑运行因素,近绝热饱和温度取10℃~20℃比较合适。喷雾干燥法对HCl的净化效率较高,而对SO2的净化效率相对较低。
Test study of flue gas purification with spray drying method during coburning municipal solid waste(MSW) and coal has been carried out.Results show that as follows:(1) the purification efficiency of acidic gases has been enhanced along with increasing the stochiometric ratio;(2)increasing the coburning ratio of MSW and coal,the purification efficiency of SO_2 to be enhanced;(3)the smaller the near adiabatic saturation temperature,the greater purification efficiency of acidic gases.Considering operation factors,the near adiabatic saturation temperature is suitable to be 10~20℃;and the purification efficiency is higher than that of SO_2 by using the spray drying method.
