摘要
应用喷雾干燥法净化垃圾焚烧烟气的工艺具有系统简单、投资和运行费用低、不产生废水等优点,是一种极有前途的工艺。文中详细分析了喷雾干燥塔中碱性液滴与烟气之间的传热、传质与化学反应机理,得出液滴干燥4个阶段的传热、传质的计算公式,同时分析了喷雾干燥法去除垃圾焚烧酸性气体的影响因素,为建立喷雾净化过程数学模型打下了基础。
The advantages of spray dry scrubbing of MSW incinerationflue gas include simple system, lowinvestment and operating costs, byproductwithout waste water and so on. Spray dry scrubbingis a very promising technique. Heat transfer, mass transfer and chemical reactionbetween alkaline dropletand flue gas in the spray dryer areanalyzed in detail. Calculation formulas of heat transfer and mass transfer of four-step of dropletdrying are gained. Influence factors of spray dry scrubbing acidgas componentsare also analyzed. The conclusionlay the foundation for establishing mathematicsmodel of spray dry scrubbingprocess.
