论述了喷雾干燥操作中在料液与干燥介质之间发生的热量传递过程，可作为喷雾干燥过程数学模型的理论基础。
The heat transfer between liquid drop and dry gas in spray dryer, which established a theory foundation for the mathematical simulation of spray drying process, is systematically discussed.
