摘要
随着高等教育大众化的不断深入,高校团建工作面临着不少新的困难。文章在对广东8所高校调查的基础上,分析了当前广东高校团建工作的基本情况,并就队伍建设、创新机制、保障机制当中存在的突出问题提出了相应的对策。
As the popularization of higher education advances, new problems arise in the construction of the CommunistYouth league in higher educational institutions. This paper studies the general situation in this respect in eight universities in Guangdong Province and proposes solutions to the problems in personnel construction, and creative and secure mechanisms.
