摘要
“三个代表”重要思想是新形势下高校基层团组织工作创新的根本指导思想。面临着来自体制改革的冲击,高校基层团组织必须牢牢抓住“三个代表”的思想武器,在工作理念、组织建设、工作载体、工作手段、活动开展等方面进行创新,以适应教育发展的要求。
The important idea of ＂Three Represents＂ plays the prime role in the innovation of the skeleton work of the Communist Youth League at colleges and universities at present. Faced with the impact of system reform, the skeleton organization of the Communist Youth League at colleges and universities must strongly grasp the weapon of ＂Three Represents＂, and carry out innovation in the aspects of working idea, organization construction, working carrier, working means, activities and so on in order to meet the requirements of education development.
