摘要
提出了高浓度二乙烯基苯的新型分离工艺。即用双塔串联流程代替原有工艺中的一个粗馏塔,并在塔内装填高效、低压力降的波纹填料,解决了聚合物堵塞塔的技术难题,并使二乙烯基苯的浓度达到56%-58%。
new separation technology for high concentration divinylbenzene is proposed in which, a new process with double columns connected in series is used to replace the crude distillation column in the conventional technology. Moreover, in the above columns, corrugated packing with high efficiency and low pressure drop is employed. Based on this technology,a good solution 'to the problem of a column's blockage by polymer has been found. It can bring the concentration of divinylbenzene to 56%-58%.
