摘要
采用高效规整填料塔技术和新的工艺流程 ,对原采用抽余油生产工业己烷溶剂油、 6 # 溶剂油和 12 0 # 溶剂油的生产装置进行了改造。改造后己烷油产品馏程从 6 2~ 76℃降到 6 7.7~ 70 .3℃ ,苯含量从 1.2 2 %降至小于 0 .0 0 1% ,产品质量跃为国内领先水平 ,且己烷油产品收率由 1.4 %大幅度提高到 6 .6 %
Using the high efficient packed column technology, a solvent separation system by which the commercial hexane,6 # and 120 # solvent were separated from the raffinate oil was revamped with a new separation system and a reaction unit.After the revamping, the boiling range of the commercial hexane was narrowed from 62~76?℃ to 67.7~70.3?℃, the benzene content was cut down from 1.22% to less than 0.001 %, and the yield of the commercial hexane increased from 1.4% to 6.6%.
