摘要
针对工程领域中对瞬态过程参数测量的需求,本文应用虚拟仪器技术,设计并实现了动态参数自动测试处理系统。首先比较了虚拟仪器的四种体系结构,并根据实际测试的要求,提出了调理程控、远端采集的方案;然后给出了系统软硬件的设计与实现,同时给出了实现各通道同步触发及校准的方法。动态参数测试处理系统实现了多路非电量动态信号的自动化测试及处理,减少了测试过程中的人为误差,有效提高了测试效率和测试精度。
In order to meet the testing requirements of dynamic signals, the design and realization of dynamic parameter testing and processing system based on Virtual Instrument (VI) technology are discussed in this paper. First, several kinds of VI architectures were compared, and the scheme of programmable conditioning and distant sampling was proposed, which met the practical requirements; then, the system's software and hardware realization was presented as well as the channel trigger and calibration. The system realizes the automatic testing and processing of multi-channel non-electronic dynamic signal, and the human error is decreased, meanwhile, the testing efficiency and testing precision are improved effectively.
