摘要
直流调速装置的参数测试是保证产品质量、降低故障率的根本措施。现有的测试手段和方法不能满足企业自动化的发展要求。根据测试技术的发展和生产企业的实际要求,以计算机和可编程控制器为核心,研究新型直流调速装置多参数测试技术,建立测试系统,开发了基于LabVIEW技术的测试软件平台,实现对直流调速装置多参数的实时、准确、自动测试和结果评价,为直流调速装置测试提供新的测试手段。
The parameter test of DC speed adjusting device is the prime measure for ensuring the product quality and reducing fault ratio.Some existing test means and methods can＇t satisfy the need of automatic development of corporations.According to actual needs of corporation and the development of test technology,a new multi-parameter test technology of DC speed adjusting device was researched taking computer and PLC as hard core.New test system and test software frameworks based on LabVIEW were established.The test system can realize the real-time,accurate,automated testing and results evaluation.It provides a new and effective tool for parameter test of DC speed adjusting device.
