摘要
半个多世纪以来,烹饪中等职业教育得到了快速的发展。但是近年来随着人们餐饮消费水平的不断提高,餐饮市场对烹饪人才的要求越来越高,烹饪中等职业教育在教学质量、教师队伍素质、教学手段和教学设施方面显现不足。面对餐饮市场的激烈竞争,烹饪中等职业教育只有迎接挑战,勇于改革创新,培养高素质的烹饪技术人才,才能求生存谋发展。
Middle culinary vocational education has achieved rapid development since more than half a century ago. In recent years, with the unceasing rise of people's catering consuming level catering market sets higher and higher demand on the quality of cooking personnel. In contrast to the demand the teaching quality, teachers' quality, teaching means, and teaching facilities obviously appear to be inadequate for middle culinary vocational education. Faced with the fierce competition on catering market middle culinary vocational education has no way out but to meet the challenges, exercise reforms and innovations and train cooking talents with high quality. Only in this way can it seek existence and strive for development.
