摘要
目的探讨半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)表达和人脑垂体泌乳素腺瘤细胞增殖的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测38例垂体泌乳素腺瘤组织中Galectin-3及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达。结果侵袭组的Galectin-3阳性表达率极显著高于非侵袭组(P<0.01)。侵袭组的PCNA阳性表达率显著高于非侵袭组(P<0.05)。Galectin-3与PCNA表达之间呈正相关(r=0.33,P<0.05)。结论Galectin-3与垂体泌乳素腺瘤细胞增殖密切相关,Galectin-3可能在垂体PRL腺瘤的细胞增殖和侵袭过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of galectin-3 and proliferation of prolactinoma Methods The expression of galecthr3 and PCNA in 38 samples of prolactinoma was examined respectively by streptavidin/peroxidase （SP）irmnunohistochemical technique. Remits The positive rate of galectin-3 expression in invasive group is significantly higher than that in non-invasive group（P〈0. 01）. The positive rate of PCNA expression in invasive group is significantly higher than that in noninvasive group（P〈0. 05）. There is a positive correlation between the expression of galectin-3 and PCNA in prolactinoma（r = 0. 33,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of galectin-3 is closely related to the proliferation of prolactiroma. Galectin-3 may play an important role in the proliferation and invasion of prolactinoma.
