摘要 白细胞介素-10(IL-10)是一种很重要的免疫调节细胞因子,近年来已成为科研热点。目前,重组人IL-10已能合成并应用于临床,主要针对类风湿关节炎、肠道炎症性病变、银屑病、乙肝等的治疗。在器官移植中,IL-10的应用也取得了相当大进展。本文就IL-10的结构、生物学功能及其在器官移植方面的临床应用等作一概述。 Interleukin-10（IL-10） is a significant immunoregulatory cytokine,which has been the focus in scientific research. Recently, recombinant human IL-10 has been synthesized and is being tested in rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, organ transplantation, and chronic hepatitis B. Great progresses have been made in IL-10 research in transplantation. This article reviews the structure, immunobiology and clinical application in transplantation of IL-10.
