摘要
为了探明不同栽培方法对稻米蛋白质产量的影响机理,采用田间小区试验,研究了4种栽培方法对湘早籼29氮代谢关键酶活性和糙米全氮、蛋白氮含量及籽粒蛋白质产量的影响.结果表明,综合栽培改良I与习惯栽培法相比,能够有效提高水稻功能叶硝酸还原酶(NR)、蛋白水解酶和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性,显著提高糙米全氮、蛋白氮的含量与籽粒蛋白质产量,其中全氮含量提高了17.86%,蛋白氮提高了17.96%,籽粒蛋白质产量提高了29.62%.
Four different cultivations were compared relative to their effects on the ratios of total nitrogen, protein nitrogen, protein yield, and the activities of key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism in brown rice Xianzaoxian29. By filed experiments, the "Improved synthesized cultivation I" obtained the highest ratios of total nitrogen, the protein nitrogen and the protein yield in brown rice, showing an increase of 17.86%, 17.96% and 46.55%, respectively, compared with the "Conventional cultivation" . Furthermore, it improved activities of NR, GOT and Proteolytic enzymes in rice functional leaves.
