摘要
目前,在一些幼儿园中,开始了以评课来促进教师专业成长的尝试。本文分析了评课在促进教师专业成长方面的潜在优势,并针对当前一些幼儿园评课中存在的问题提出了改进措施,指出在以评课促进教师专业发展方面应当注意的问题,旨在使评课更好地服务于教师专业成长。
Up till now, some of the kindergartens have tried some methods of evaluating classroom- teaching to promote teacher professional growth. This article analized the teacher's potential superiority in promoting teacher professional growth by evaluating classroom - teaching, pointed out the questions and put forward the measure of the improvement in accordance with the existence of problems in some of the kindergartens evaluating classroom- teaching for the purpose of further promoting teacher professional growth.
