摘要
随着小班化在世界各地逐步普及，各国政府越来越多地出台政策以实施此项教育改革。虽然小班化改革的形式都是缩小班级规模，但不同国家（或地区）总会根据自己的情况制定出不同的政策。通过比较研究，就可以发现这些不同政策之间的共同点，从而找出可以借鉴的经验。
As the small class popularizes progressively in all over the world, the governments issue the policy and implement this educational reform more and more. Though small class form of reform to dwindle class scale, make different policies according to actual situation of different countries （ or areas）. Through comparative research, we can find something in common between these different policies, thus find out the experience that can be used for reference.
