摘要
大学班级心理辅导在高校心理健康教育中有着重要的地位,对大学生心理健康有教育、预防与发展的功能。大学班级心理辅导体系的构建应包括:确立一个既包含终极目标又包含一般目标和独特目标的大学班级心理辅导的目标体系,确立班主任的辅导者角色,依据辅导的终极目标和班级实际情况确立大学班级心理辅导的内容、辅导的方法,从多个角度对大学班级心理辅导进行评价。
University classes psychological counsehng in mental health education plays an important role to the university mental health education. It has education, prevention and development functions to university students＇ mental health. University classes psychological counseling should be a system which includes the establishment of not only an ultimate goal but general goals and unique objectives of the University classes counseling system, the role of counseling teachers, the contents and methods of university students＇ psychological counseling according to the ultimate goal and the class reality, evaluating the counseling from various viewpoints.
