37例口腔颌面部原代鳞状细胞癌的MTT实验 被引量:1

摘要 目的寻找适宜应用于临床的敏感药物实验方法及敏感药物。方法应用口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌原代培养技术和MTT法,获得敏感药物顺序。结果(1)MTT法具有所需时间短、价格便宜、操作简便、实验设备简单、易于推广的优点;(2)MTT法药敏实验结果:各药物的平均抑癌率依次为卡铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶>卡铂>5-氟尿嘧啶>平阳霉素>氨甲喋呤;药物的平均抑癌率随药物浓度的增加而增大。结论(1)MTT法可为临床提供个体化治疗;(2)联合用药效果比单药效果好。 Objective To search the effective drug and best drug sensitivity assay which can suit clinic. Methods Using the technique of primary culture of squamous cell carcinoma and MTT assay to get the result of drug sensitivity assay of oral maxillofacial squamons cell carcinoma. Results (1)MTT assay is rapid,cheap,simple and suitable to popularize. (2)The results of drug sensitivity assay were as follows: the order of the average inhibitory rate of all drugs: CBDCA+5-Fu,CBDCA, 5-Fu, PYM, MTX; the average inhibitory rate of the higher concentration was bigger than that of the lower concentration. Conclusion (1) MTT assay may be useful for individual chemotherapy. (2)The effect of combination of drugs is better than that of the single drug.
