摘要
目的探究老年晚期胃癌联合使用替吉奥与奥沙利铂治疗的效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年5月本院收治的72例老年胃癌患者,随机分为两组,各36例,联合组联合使用替吉奥与奥沙利铂治疗,对照组使用替吉奥治疗,比较两组用药效果。结果联合组总有效率为55.56%,高于对照组的30.56%,P〈0.05,差异具统计学意义。结论老年晚期胃癌联合使用替吉奥与奥沙利铂治疗效果理想。
Objective Inquiry elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer in combination with oxaliplatin effect tegafur gimeracil otera treatment.Methods Selected 72 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital,which were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 36 cases,tegafur gimeracil otera combined group in combination with oxaliplatin,the control group used only for the treatment of tegafur gimeracil otera,drug effects were compared.Results Combined total effective rate was 55.56% higher than the control group 30.56%,P〈0.05,statistically significant difference.Conclusion Elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer in combination with oxaliplatin for tegafur gimeracil otera over platinum treatment is recommended.
