摘要
采用MTT法对肺癌细胞药物敏感性进行研究。先以MTT与3H-TdR掺入法分别测试8例肺癌原代细胞对4种抗癌药的反应并将两者加以比较,结果显示:两法有较好的相关性。后用MTT法测试6种常用抗癌药对20例原代肺癌细胞的作用,发现6种药物均有一定的抗癌作用,其中以卡铂(CBDCA)作用最强。实验证实:MTT法有较多优点,有一定临床实用价值。
The resistance of cancer cells to anti-cancer drugs is characterized by its complexity and changeability.The best way to design a chametheray for a cancer patient is to individualize the therapeutic scheme.The cell suspension of non-small cell lung cancer was cultured and the effects of 4 anti-cancer agents on the primary passage of 8 specimens of non-small cell lung cancer were correlated to those obtained with MTT.It was found that the results obtained with MTT were correlated to those obtained with 3 H-TdR incororation. Then 6 anti-cancer agents commonly employed in our daily practice were assessed on the primary passage of 20 specimens of non-small cell lung cancer and CBDCA was found to be the most powerful drug among the 6 and MTT was useful in the assessment of the sensitivity of cancer cells to anti-cancer agents.
