摘要
根据学界在磨损方面研究的理论成果的基础上,考虑齿轮跑合过程中磨损对于轮齿表面粗糙度的改变会影响到齿轮的润滑状态,提出更为合理的齿轮传动的摩擦学设计公式,得到了以磨损为主体的齿轮设计公式,从设计上进一步解决磨损的主动控制,设计尺寸更符合于实际工作条件。
During the running-in ,the wear process will affect the surface roughness of the gear. It has an effect on the state of the lubrication. Considering this, an improved equation for tribological design was presented,which is more practical. Based on wear theory,the equation on gear design was obtained. Active-controlling on wear was resolved from the design. Design dimension is true of working condition in fact.
