摘要
介绍了一种适用于纸浆壳模自动化生产的纸浆壳模整形切边脱模自动化生产工艺及相关设备。该工艺具有自动化程度高、生产效率高,生产成本低,生产安全性有所提高等特点。对推动我国纸浆壳模包装产品的大规模自动化生产和生产工艺的改进,将起到一定的促进作用,也可供从事纸浆壳模包装产品的研究人员和相关企业参考。
The paper researches a new auto-process and some equipments of pulp molding machine for facelifting and shearing. Its characteristics are high auto-processes and high productivity,low operating costs, good security for operating. It will promote auto-production and auto-processes of pulp molding machine for pulp molding products and for reference in related with research in pulp molding studies.
