摘要
机械产品高可靠、长寿命的提出,以及工程研制周期的缩短对齿轮机构的耐久性寿命指标工程评估提出了很大的挑战。针对齿轮全寿命周期过程中的磨损失效和疲劳失效机理,基于线性累积损伤理论,梳理可用于齿轮寿命工程快速评估的手段并分析了方法存在的不足,为开展齿轮寿命评估提供了指导。
The proposition of high reliability and long life of mechanical products and the shortening of engineering development cycle pose great challenges to the engineering evaluation of the durability life index of gear mechanisms. Aiming at the mechanism of wear failure and fatigue failure in the process of gear life cycle, based on the linear cumulative damage theory, the methods that can be used for rapid assessment of gear life engineering are analyzed and the shortcomings of the method are analyzed, which provides guidance for gear life assessment.
