摘要
研究了不同热处理工艺、冷变形量与含有微量稀土元素和镁的新型低铍低镍铜合金性能的关系。结果表明,通过降低传统的铍青铜合金中的铍和镍的含量,同时加入提高铍青铜合金性能的微量稀土元素和镁,并进行适当的硬态时效处理,可使该合金的性能达到工业要求,且成本低、可替代该类其它合金。
In this paper, the relation between the properties of the new Be-Ni-Cu alloy containing a small amount of RE and Mg element and the different heat treatment process and cold work. The results show that the adding of a small amount of RE and Ni can improve the properties of this alloy and it can be meet the technical requirement for electrical devices,and used as a substitute for this kind of materials. The cost of this alloy is also lower.
