MTHFR C677T基因多态性与新疆哈萨克族食管癌易感性关系的研究 被引量:4

Relationship between Polymorphism of Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase C677 Tand Kazakh's Esophageal Squamous Cell Cancer in Xinjiang

摘要 为探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因C677T多态性与哈萨克族食管癌易感性的关系。在食管癌高发区新疆哈萨克族聚居区进行了病例对照研究(食管癌94例,人群对照98例),采用PCR-RFLP技术检测研究对象的MTHFR基因型。MTHFR C677T呈多态性,可分为3种类型:677CC、677CT、677TT,在食管癌中所占比例分别是56.4%、36.2%、7.4%,对照组分别是58.2%、29.6%、12.2%,两组总构成比无显著差异(χ2=1.776,P>0.05)。因此,MTHFR C677T基因多态性可能与哈萨克族食管癌易感无关。 To investigate the relation between polymorphism of Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR) C677T and susceptibility in kazakh' s esophageal cancer(EC). A case control study was conducted with 93 cases of esophageal cancer and 100population based controls in high incidence area of kazakh' s EC of xinjiang. MTHFR genotypes were detected by PCR-RFLP method. The frequencies of MTHFR genotypes, 677CC, 677CT, 677TT were 56.4%, 36.2%, 7.4% in esophageal cancer, and 58.2 % ,29.6%, 12.2 % in control respectively, no statistical difference between them was found (χ^2 = 1.776, P 〉 0.05) .There may be no relationship between the polymorphism (MTHFR) CA77Tand susceptibility in kazakh' s EC.
