摘要
文章分析了濉溪县包浍河流域的洪灾成因,提出防洪减灾的工程措施和非工程措施。
This paper analyzes the cause of floods of Bao river and Hui river drainage basin in Suixi and puts forward engineering measures and non-structural measures of flood control.
