摘要
本文旨在引起各级领导更加重视基层图书馆事业建设,基层图书馆更加重视参考咨询服务工作,提升自身的社会地位,更好地为物质文明、政治文明和精神文明建设服务。
The purpose of the paper is causing the leadership of the all levels to give priority to construction of the grass- roots librarianship more,the library of the grass-roots to give priority to the reference service work more and to promote the social status of the oneself in order to serve for the material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization betterly.
