文章分析了图书馆工作创新的目的、结构和形式,提出了构建工作创新机制的方略,即加强 图书馆组织文化建设.最后阐述了图书馆组织文化的建设要点与基本步骤。
This paper analyzes the objective, structure and patterns of innovation of librarianship. It brings forward the strategy of constructing the innovation mechanism of library work,i.e. library organization culture construction. Finally, the outline and fundamental steps of library organization culture construction were set forth.
