摘要
扁平化组织因为减少了组织的中间环节从而变得更加灵活和具有环境适应性,因而比垂直金字塔组织更加有效。然而,扁平化组织也有失效的时候。文章论述了扁平化组织产生的三个权变因素,分析了扁平化组织失效的原因,提出了提高扁平化组织效率的策略。
Flat organization becomes agile and environment-suitable due to diminishing medium floor. Therefore, fiat organization is more efficient than upright organization. However, fiat-organization will sometimes become disabled. This article discusses the factors of flat-organization＇s coming and its efficiency and proposes several advice to increase the efficiency of fiat-organization.
