摘要
以二氧化氯-氯化钠-水作为浸出剂,对焙烧后的复杂硫化金精矿进行了系统的浸出实验。给出了浸出金的较佳条件:时间6 h,液固质量比2.5∶1,pH=2,氯化钠浓度1.0 mol/L,温度50℃。按照较佳条件进行验证性实验,金的浸出率可达97.3%。研究表明,用二氧化氯浸金具有浸出率高、速度快、适用面广、对环境友好的特点。该工艺为复杂硫化金精矿的综合回收利用提供了新的途径。
The experiments of leaching gold from roasted complicated gold sulphide concentrate using ClO2 - Cl^- - H2O as leaching agent were carried out. The optimum leaching conditions were as follows:leaching time 6 h, pH 2, temperature 50 ℃, sodium chlorine concentration 1.0 mol/L and ratio of liquid to solid 2.5: 1. The experimental results under the optimum conditions showed that the extraction percentage of gold can reach to 97.3%. The technology of leaching gold with chlorine dioxide has the characteristics of high leaching ratio, high leaching velocity,wide application and environmental benignancy. The technology provides a new approach for comprehensive use of complex gold sulphide concentrate.
