致耐受DC及其诱导方法研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 致耐受树突状细胞(tolerogenic dendritic cell,Tol DC)可以诱导T细胞免疫耐受,近年来在移植耐受诱导、自身免疫病和变态反应治疗等方面展示出独特的应用价值。体外大量获取致耐受DC是其应用的前提,本文就目前体外诱导致耐受DC的常用方法及其机制作一综述。
