树突状细胞和T细胞的相互作用与变应性疾病

摘要
树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)是体内专职的抗原提呈细胞,具有摄取、处理及提呈抗原至T细胞的功能。本文就DC的激活条件、DC对T细胞激活、持续刺激及耐受的调节、T细胞对DC的作用及两者相互作用与变应性疾病中的关系做一综述。
