摘要
21世纪,是我国老年人口数量及人口老龄化的快速增长时期,老年人口在社会总人口中的比重将逐渐增大。老年人力资源的合理开发与利用是关系到国家和社会长远发展的重要问题。本文拟对我国老年人群人力资源状况、开发的意义及现实的限制因素进行初步的分析。
It is the fast growth period that the number and the formation of the elder in China in the 21st century. The proportion of the elder in the total population will increase gradually. It is important to use the elder human resources reasonably which are related to the long - term development of our country and society. This article carries on the preliminary analysis of the eider human resources condition of our country, the significance of development and the limiting factor in reality.
