摘要
随着我国的人口老龄化速度加快,卫生行业将出现更多的老年人口。卫生人力资源是保障广大人民群众健康的基础,由于医疗服务的特殊性、高技术性以及培养专业技术人员的周期性较长等客观因素限制了我国卫生行业人员的迅速发展,因此老年卫生人力资源的开发和利用具有现实意义。文章通过对老年卫生人力资源进行分析,详细阐述了老年卫生人力资源二次开发的必要性和现实意义,并以此提出其二次开发的路径选择。
For the ageing fastens, there will be more and more the elderly health human resource. Health human resource is a basis to ensure the people's heath. Some objective factors, such as specialty and high technology in medical care field and long-term training period for health professionals, limit the quick development of health human resource. Hence, there is realistic significance to develop and use the elderly health human resource. Through analyzing the elderly health human resource, this paper thoroughly described the necessity and realistic significance of redevelopment of the elderly health human resource and pointed out the way to do it.
