摘要
本文分析了以往学者们提出的领导力的概念和内涵,提出了“领导力的双要素内涵”的主张,即领导力具备着由对“事”的决策力和对“人”的凝聚力这两个要素的内涵。进而建立领导力的双要素模型,通过模型分析双要素决策力与凝聚力之间的关系。本文指出,提高领导力的一个重要因素为沟通,通过加强信息沟通可提高领导对“事”的决策力、通过加强情感沟通可提高领导者对被领导者的凝聚力,进而提高领导力。
This article focuses on leadership. Through distinguishing leadership and its related concepts, the authors analyze the connotation of leadership, and then advance the opinion of "Two Elements of Leadership" , which means leadership includes two elements, one is "to Events" that leadership means Decision-making, the other is "to People" that leadership means Coherence, and then establish the Model and the formula of Two Elements of Leadership to show different circumstances of these two elements. Here we have two points of views. One is that decision-making depends on the distance of the ability between leaders and their followers. The other is that coherence depends on the distance of emotion between leaders and their followers. In the last part of this article, the authors point out that an important factor to improve leadership is communication, and analyze relationships between communication and leadership, and then point that from enhancing information communication can people improve the decision-making on events, and from strengthening emotion communication can leader improve coherence on followers, then improve leadership.
