摘要
用锤击法和变时基技术对回龙抽水蓄能发电电动机上机架动力特性进行试验研究。得到了机架的固有频率及动刚度,并对机架进行加固,提高其固有频率和动刚度,从而提高了机组运行稳定性,使发电机的动平衡工作顺利进行。这种方法首次在大型水电机组上得到成功应用,具有重要的科研和工程价值。
Experimental research for dynamic coefficients of Huilong pumped storage generator /motor upper bracket are carded out using hammer excitation and varied-time-base(VTB). Natural frequency and dynamic stiffness of upper bracket have been achieved. Adding supports of the bracket, it's frequency and dynamic stiffness are promoted, then stability of operation is increased, and dynamic balance of rotor becomes easier. The methods are used successfully in large hydrogenerator for the first time, so it is of great worth for research and engineering.
